Ekaterina Lazarenko

My name is Ekaterina Lazarenko. I am a pastel artist, a member of the Union of Designers of Ukraine, and a laureate of international competitions in London. For over 25 years, I have been creating paintings, each of which seeks to convey harmony, depth of feeling, and the power of beauty.

My primary technique is dry pastel. This medium allows me to work with the subtlest shades of light, create soft, velvety transitions, and capture an atmosphere that cannot be replicated by digital means. I use only high-quality materials, ensuring that every stroke appears noble and resonates with precision.

For me, every artwork is more than just an image. It is the energy of the moment, an inner state, a message to the viewer. Often in my work, the image of a horse appears — a symbol of freedom, strength, and feminine grace. These images express my philosophy — the pursuit of inner freedom, beauty, and harmony.
