Grace

This was my first attempt at acrylic on canvas.

This work led to me being recognised as an international artist by Luxembourg Artprize 2021.

‘Grace’ depicts a powerful stag resting in the midst of a quiet, snow-covered winter landscape. At a time when I was feeling very low myself, this painting became a quiet expression of my inner world. The stag embodies both vulnerability and strength – it rests, even though it is surrounded by cold. The warm brown tones of its coat contrast with the icy blue layers of the mountains, reminding us that even in difficult times, a spark of inner dignity, hope and quiet strength remains.

The painting gave me the strength to get through this dark time and hope for better times ahead. I love it because I see myself in it.

Since then, each of my paintings has been like a piece of my heart, full of hope, love, devotion and confidence, which I would like to share. ❤
