The work won 2nd place in the Golden Time Talent international art competition in London in 2022. The work describes the feeling when two fully-fledged and harmonious individuals find each other out of love. ❤In reality, this phenomenon is quite rare. In any case, it is safe to say that love is far less common in the actual history of society than can be judged by its frequency in artwork, poetry or even everyday usage. When people use the word ‘love’ in vain, they give it different, often quite arbitrary meanings.often the term ‘love’ is interpreted as something that should be acquired, and partners in ‘love’ regard each other according to the principle of ‘possessing’ or ‘having’.

An explicit and even more often implicit understanding of love from the position of possession, from the position of ownership, is widespread; E. Fromm wrote about this understanding of love: ‘The fact is that such a thing as love does not exist.’ ‘Love’ is an abstraction; perhaps this is a kind of supernatural creature or a supernatural goddess, although no one has ever been able to see this goddess with their own eyes. In reality, there is only one act of love. Loving is a form of productive activity. It involves the manifestation of interest and care, knowledge, emotional response, expression of feelings, pleasure and can be directed towards a person, a tree, an image, an idea. It arouses and intensifies the feeling of fullness of life. This is a process of self-renewal and self-enrichment. ‘When “a person experiences love according to the principle of possession, it means that he tries to deprive the object of his ”love’ of freedom and keep it under control. Such love does not give life, but suppresses, destroys, strangles, kills it.
